Para formar frases interrogativas em inglês é só mudar a posição do sujeito colocando ele depois do primeiro verbo. Olha os exemplo:
You are from Brazil.
Interrogativa- Are you from Brazil?
Agora para formar frases na forma negativa adicione not depois do verbo:
Afirmativa: You are from Brazil.
Afirmativa- You are not from Brazil.
Vamos à atividade.
a) They are going to sleep early.
Negativa - They are not going to sleep early. Ou:
He isn't going to propose her.
Interrogativa- Are they going to sleep early?
b) He is going to propose her.
Negativa - He is not going to propose her. Ou:
He isn't going to propose her.
Interrogativa - Is he going to propose her?
c) They are going to have an accident.
Negativa - They are not going to have an accident. Ou:
They aren't going to have an accident.
Interrogativa - Are they going to have an accident
d) She is going to throw away the piano.
Negativa - She is not going to throw away the piano. Ou:
She isn't going to throw away the piano.
Interrogativa - Is she going to throw away the piano?
e) The cat is going to drink the milk.
Negativa - The cat not is going to drink the milk. Ou:
The cat isn't going to drink the milk.
Interrogativa - Is the cat going to drink the milk?
